Like many diaspora families, I wanted our son to stay connected to the strong academic foundations Nigerian educators are known for. When we began searching for tutors, what seemed simple quickly became frustrating.
There was no central place to find or evaluate qualified tutors — just word of mouth, WhatsApp groups, and informal referrals. Even when we found a tutor we liked, everything else felt fragmented: scheduling through messages, assignments scattered across chats, payments handled manually.
Working in digital transformation, I knew there had to be a better way — not just for our family, but for thousands of diaspora parents and talented educators who lacked a structured way to reach students globally.
So KlevaTutor was created.
